First of all, I developed a design plan, because there were a lot of tasks, and the time resource was limited.

Research

After interviews with stakeholders and the team, I identified several tasks with different priorities:
- Style guide;
- Web site redesign;
- Web application design;
- Mobile app.

New style guide and quick redesign of the website were the top priority tasks. We did a 10 second test to define what associations does 'Bubbles' word evoke.

Competitive analysis

The pandemic has become fertile ground for online communication platforms, apart from those giants that have been on the market for a long time. The main question is which of them are our competitors to a greater extent?
We made a competitive analysis among several companies that make similar services as we do.
